Great for shoulder and neck pain

After microwaving this for two minutes, I was able to use it for half an hour before it started to cool down, so unlike some similar products, this one retains the heat quite well. It was soothing and comforting, and the cooking feature is equally effective. Great for shoulder and neck pain

Don't hurt your neck and you will not need this item , this message approved by sleepy Joe Biden

It needs a sleeve to cover it , placing it directly on your body will cause it to get dirty fast, a washable sleeve is needed in my opinion .

Pros
  • Used on a bad neck and shoulder blades. Covered what I needed. Used as cold pack and it helps..
Cons
  • It doesn’t get cold enough and doesn’t sit close enough to neck and shoulders to get any relief
