Acquired to replace the Chef'n Fresh Force citrus press. I love that it's all stainless steel. Chef'n has 1 mechanism - this mechanism applies much more force to the push than your hand. This will release a lot of juice. This press, like all others, has no mechanism. I squeeze very hard and squeeze out some juice. I still have to work on that. Yes, Chef'n is plastic. Yes, the plastic gear broke (after a few years of use). Is this SS better? This will take longer, but it's more manual work.
