Review on Riedel Cabernet/Merlot Wine Series Glass Set, Clear, Pack of 2 by Michelle Cooper

I bought these to replace a supposedly identical Riedel glass that we broke. However, these glasses are of very poor quality compared to the ones they replace. The crystal of the bowls is very wavy when turning the glasses (compared to the original glasses). One of the jars has a very visible defect on the rim, and the other jar has a defect or chip in the base sharp enough to draw blood! Finally, the Riedel logo on the bottom of the glasses is actually erased (it needs to be permanently engraved on the glass)! Overall, these glasses look like cheap Chinese fakes, even though the Riedel box they came in looked genuine. Very disappointed.
