First of all, the brochure that accompanies this product is useless! It was a completely different set so don't waste time searching for your make and model. Second, unless you have at least some basic knowledge of how to use a ball joint kit, the instructions are practically nonexistent, but I've used them many times so using them wasn't a problem for me, I'm not a beginner. Third, the shells are a little soft, warping or distorting if not perfectly aligned, especially if you need to remove a more stubborn ball joint (like in my case). On a positive note the threaded rod is very strong and works flawlessly, the 'C' clamp also appears to be very well constructed, it has actually withstood some serious pressure without fail and this set inserted the press fit connection very well in use. some non-stick coating and light sanding with a 400 emory cloth. All of which means if you're hesitant to bite the bullet and spend the extra cash on an upgraded kit or rent one, I'm not sure I'd be able to re-use a specific receiving cup should the need arise. I rated it in the middle because the performance was fine when reinstalled, but the uninstall left a lot to be desired. So think twice before you buy and don't even think twice if you plan on doing all the work with pneumatic tools (e.g. impact wrenches) it certainly won't penalize you.
