Review on Pawhut by Hassan Barrera

My experience with Pawhut, where I recently made a transaction, was a living hell. The website sells pet supplies, but the service and quality of the goods are terrible. The dog crate I had purchased arrived in terrible shape. The bars were twisted out of shape, and it had dents and scratches all over. I tried to get in touch with their customer service department, but they were completely useless and apathetic. It took multiple tries before they responded, and then they flat-out declined to replace or refund the item. Second, despite claims to the contrary, the pet home I bought is not at all weather-resistant. The roof leaked within a few days, and the timber quickly rotted. They were dismissive and unapologetic when I called customer service a second time. Overall, dealing with Pawhut was a huge letdown for me. The quality of their goods is low, and so is the standard of their customer support. If you own a pet, please do not patronize this online shop; instead, look elsewhere for your pet's supplies.
