Very annoyed. Carried this rather heavy adapter all the way to New Zealand only to get there to find it didn't work with the plugs there (or so it seemed to me). I spent another $35 on a dual USB charger when I got there. Carried this back to the US (about a pound of possible souvenirs). Went online to get it back and read the details indicating you need to turn what looks like US forks to make New Zealand angled forks. Oh! Before I went I read the owner's manual - this fork rotation diagram is ONLY here on the product page, not in the manual. What a waste!
