The first thing my daughter did when she opened it was drop the unicorn so of course the horn broke off. But the packaging/delivery was ok. It's a little smaller than expected, but that didn't bother her. The paint needs multiple coats to get a solid color with no blemishes. Don't worry, there's enough paint for multiple layers.
