Review on SunFounder Raspberry Pi Smart Video Robot Car Kit V2.0: Explore with Graphical Visual Programming Language, Pi 4B Included by James Roberts

The first step of the build can't be done properly without the hex plate to attach the front wheel, but we did it ourselves never mind putting the wheels together, believing that we could add them once the parts shipped and that the screw would hold things in place without them. However, the Raspberry Pi, advertised as a way to learn to program, does not connect to the network to even log in to start programming. The guide describes a number of different approaches to setting up an SD card for the Pi. None of these approaches have been successful. All in all it wasn't the best experience. We first emailed support two (2) days ago regarding hex plates and still have not received a response. We pushed the machine to today as we finished building it and found the Raspberry Pi not connecting to the network. I didn't disassemble the machine to try the Pi myself as I don't have a screen or other troubleshooting tools. We contacted support today about connection issues and didn't get a response either. If we do not receive support within a few days, I will return the product. I hope. My daughter really wanted to build and play with the car!
