Review on Lixit Quick Animals Birds Granite by Skye Gunnell

I've had one of these (different brand) for I don't know how long. Certainly at least 10 years. I attach it to my dog's 30 inch wire cage. However recently I accidentally dropped something heavy on it and it broke (the plastic clip that the wing nut presses against is the weakest point in the system). I'm afraid that after all this time I won't be able to find a replacement. This Lixit thing solves the problem. It's exactly the same design and, as far as I can tell, the same quality as a bowl that has lasted 10 years. As the name suggests, I use it as a water bowl rather than a food bowl. The dog loves it too (drinking from it as I type). As an added bonus, Lixit is compatible with the old bowl so I now have a spare bowl that attaches to the new frame so I can put one in the dishwasher and use the other. I would like to see it. The bowl is strong, discreet, doesn't bother the dog but he knows it's there when he needs it. My dog is the size of a terrier. Ed, by the way, that's why I bought a 10 ounce bowl. 10 ounces doesn't sound like much, but it lasts a long time between refills. I'm working from home during the Chinese flu and my trusty companion is by my side. I bring a liter bottle of water with me in the morning and it's very rare that he drinks anywhere near all of the water. This product is definitely a "thumbs up".
