I found SCYarn's lack of communication and support aggravating and gave me the impression that they weren't interested in my company. Even though SCYarn has a sizable assortment of yarns, their subpar customer service makes me cautious to do more business with them. There are many other online retailers that provide comparable goods and provide superior customer service and communication.
