Review on SCYarn by David Weis

I frequently purchase SCYarn products, therefore I was dismayed by the subpar customer service I experienced when I recently placed an order. I tried to contact the business through their website because I had questions regarding a product but got no answer. One of the goods in my order was damaged when it came, and despite my many attempts to contact customer support, I never received a response or a refund. I found SCYarn's lack of communication and support aggravating and gave me the impression that they weren't interested in my company. Even though SCYarn has a sizable assortment of yarns, their subpar customer service makes me cautious to do more business with them. There are many other online retailers that provide comparable goods and provide superior customer service and communication.
