That's a bomb!

This is amazing! It's cheaper to brew at home than to buy, and you can adjust the strength to your liking! This week I brewed about 8 liters of cold beer. 1 liter is enough for two coffees with our thermos flask. All you need is: • 32 oz wide mouth jars • These bags - make sure you tie the bag tightly so the ground coffee doesn't spill into the jar and leave extra string over the top Hang jar before screwing on lid • Filtered Water - Fill jar but leave some space when adding bag or jar will overflow or leak during "brewing" • 8t Expresso/Dark Roast Ground Coffee - I ground my own beans and used pre-ground ones. .they are both good so if you don't have a coffee grinder you don't need one. I did a few experiments this week... and as mentioned above, pre-ground and post-ground beans are fine. Just make sure you use dark roast/espresso/Italian roast beans. I also compared batches by turning on the brew counter and immediately putting it in the fridge. I like the taste better if you keep it at room temperature for 24 hours and then put it in the fridge. It's also a good idea to set the jars on a towel in case they spill while brewing.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
