So this group has proven to be quite good in terms of value for money. The bezel is metal and seems to fit snugly into the dial - unfortunately after wearing it for a while (like 30 minutes not days) I found the dial was coming out the front of the bezel! I wear a 3rd-4th hole strap (usually a Fitbit 4-5 strap) so by no means is it too small. Once I realized it was cracking I was able to easily reproduce the issue manually and I knew it was time to send the group back. Not worth keeping and possibly losing the dial! The rose gold metal and gray leather were very nice. The color of the frame and the clasps are the same. The metal has a muted finish, isn't shiny, and felt cool to the touch even after wearing it. Both metal and leather felt solid. The leather was quite tough and will take some time to take the shape of your wrist. The buttons seemed to work fine; The only time I had trouble with them was when the face slipped through the front of the frame and I haven't figured it out yet. As for the return policy, I would still say it's worth ordering and I hope my problem was just an accident.
