I can't believe I paid $50 for this flimsy piece of plastic. It does not fit the 6th generation iPad, even though it is advertised. The case is technically on the iPad but doesn't fit well enough to provide protection. The case is too small (to the point that it's almost impossible to fit) which pulls the case away from the edge of the tablet and creates gaps between the case and the iPad. Due to the gaps around the edges of the screen, there's no rubber to protect it. So if your kid drops it on the screen, it will break. If you try to put on another glass screen protector, you will not be able to put this case on at all. And even if it did fit right, this thing wouldn't survive even a small drop. If you've ever used an Otterbox, you've seen a layer of rubber and a layer of plastic on top. That's not it. It's just a very thin layer of plastic that covers the back of the iPad with a frame that includes a few pieces of rubber to make it appear like it has rubber underneath. The bezel doesn't even cover the edge of the screen (nor even touch it on my iPad). And that bezel isn't big enough to catch the iPad before the screen hits the ground. Honestly, I've never seen such a poorly designed case. I bought it for my son's birthday who was a few days ago. As soon as we saw how flimsy and flimsy it was we went back to return it and the return window had already closed which is extremely annoying. What a waste! I wouldn't trust it to protect a cautious adult's iPad, let alone a child's. My son got an iPad for his birthday and we chose this case because we bought the Osmo system for Christmas and wanted him to be able to use it easily when he got it, but now I'm wondering if I will the whole system should return now we still can. If that reflects the quality of the rest of the Osmo system, then I don't want that. Edit: Case broken in less than 3 months of use :(
