Good heavy block. heavy boxes. Made of chipboard with laminate. The four wheels only have two starting holes that are slightly larger than the drill mark on the laminate. Each of the wheels has four mounting holes and the requisite number of screws needed with a few extras (surprise, surprise). To install them correctly and not risk breaking the underlying laminate or chipboard, I took a #40 drill bit and drilled a hole about a quarter inch deep for each screw location. It took a little longer, but the wheels are tight and you don't have to worry about the screws getting loose. That's why I only gave four stars and not five. Although it says only a Phillips screwdriver is needed, I highly recommend pre-drilling the mounting holes.
