Review on Visual AS/AP by Heather Roque

The ability to have both front end customer view as well backend inventory control makes this solution very flexible for our needs! There are some issues with accuracy of data entry when using multiple screens at once but overall it works great!! We use visual ap daily so far no problems encountered yet other then trying something new every day. Highly recommend if you need flexibility between two different departments within one organization make sure they work together before implementation otherwise there will be many changes needed after launch. !! It allows us not only track orders from customers through fulfillment until delivery however we can now do much more by connecting all back office functions into 1 platform allowing easier communication internally across teams. !
