The final sponge was TERRIBLE quality! Falling apart after 3 washes!

I have been using sea sponges for a long time instead of plastic washcloths that are harmful to the environment and while I understand that they are natural and will not all be the same, the list I just received from this list was the worst quality yet! At $11.99 it was quite small (definitely less than 5 inches!) and fell apart completely after only 3 showers. It looks like a holey soft rag. I ended up ordering another sea sponge that said "art supplies" because they seem to last longer (and exfoliate skin better) than this one.
