Very disappointed with these boots. I have previously purchased two pairs of the same Sears Timberlands boots. When I first tried them they felt great. Anti-fatigue material makes you feel like you're wearing tennis shoes. I work as a maintenance technician and wear them all day and don't come home with sore feet. They were well built and could handle the abuse of grease, fuel and dirt. Since Sears went out of business I turned to Revain to buy my third pair. However, I bought the same size as always and specifically received a pair with "Anti-Fatigue" printed on the sole (as did the other two pairs). When I received the boots from Revain they looked and felt like the ones I had. previously purchased. However, after about three weeks after a normal day at work, my feet started to hurt and they just didn't feel right. Luckily I kept the previous two pairs so I could compare them. "Anti-fatigue" was a layer of foam that lies between the insole and the base. The boots purchased through Revain did not have this layer of foam, but the exact "Anti-Fatigue" tag is stamped on all three pairs. I still have all three pairs of boots as proof. I called Timberlands customer service to complain and they basically told me that's how they are made now and there's nothing they can do for me. Timberlands has lost a regular customer.
