It turned out to be larger than I thought it would be, but my biggest complaint is that the ends are sharp. No rough or polished ends. It feels like the ends are being cut off with pliers. It scratched my scalp when I tried to use it. If the 4 tips were polished or had rubber/plastic tips like bobby pins, they would be much easier to use.
