My tracker is stuck!
I replaced the straps on my Fitbit Charge 2 tracker as usual and now (for the first time) the tracker is stuck and I can't remove the strap. I've used every available tool to depress the latches and the tracker barely budges. I regularly take the straps off to clean them and now I'm stuck with a dirty strap for what seems like forever. I'm trying to save a few bucks by buying an untitled band and now I want a full tracker.
