Easy to put on and take off
No tightening torque specified. It's easy to put on and take off, making it useless if you can't weld it. Be extremely careful. When I tightened it up, it was still easy to rotate the transmission pan it was installed in. Slightly more tightening led to breakage. It literally broke off. I could ask a friend to weld it but that wasn't my plan.
