Pegasus from Home Depot: Needs a pressure equalization coil too!

This product saved me thousands of dollars on a new plumber recommended faucet. I had to remove the third (outermost) part of the spline trunk to get it to fit properly. There are two spring seats behind the cartridge, which can be easily replaced at the same time (Danco 88050). Also, your water flow problem could be due to a faulty pressure equalizing coil (Danse. not Danco.DA507041). See photos. Thanks to everyone for providing information.
