
I was expecting this thing to be very tight on the oil filter when you turn the ratchet and release easily. It wasn't like that at all. This took a while to get working, and I still had to squeeze the rubber feet while turning the ratchet to keep it from slipping. Maybe a different tire? Or maybe it would have worked fine on one of those sticky-ended oil filters, but it just slipped on my VW.
