Sand doesn't come off easily

We used to buy other kinetic sand from the store and the quality varied so much that I really wonder if the one we got from Revain is fake kinetic sand. It's so dirty while the other kinetic sand we have is so easy to clean. You can't just brush the sand off your skin. It sticks. And you can't just wash it off. It sticks. We had to do a full, vigorous scrub with soap and water.
