Light and large, but the material is easy to cut
I've used these cutting boards probably a dozen times. I like that they're lightweight, they flex so I can put sliced veggies straight into the pan, and they fit my needs. I'm not too keen on them though - the material cuts very easily: there are already some pieces on the board so I'm not sure how long they will last. I also find them a bit difficult to clean. I feel like they really need cleaning to remove food debris.
