The ease in which one could enter service calls is fantastic as well as being able to track them using their app makes it so much easier than having to write everything down manually. Nothing really at this point that we don't like about how things have been set up thus far; however our team does not seem use to some features yet due partly to us working remotely. Still very pleased though overall - would recommend trying out before making decisions if you're still unsure whether its right fit (and also try demoing first). We've already seen such an improvement over keeping manual records alone since there's less chance errors happen now thanks to the great reminders provided by the system. Also greatly benefits from tracking hours worked per week vs previous method where time was tracked only when entering each specific call/job rather then throughout entire day. The ease in which you put it together was really nice as well how smooth everything went at that time (not anymore). It is not possible now because we don't have access through computer so this makes me sad :( Also there's no way around if something goes wrong like an error message pops up then what happens? We need support from their side too please add more options when putting things online/offline also make sure its secure enough especially regarding passwords etc.
