I love that it has all of our customers in one place so we know who to look for when there are questions or issues with any particular member of staff. This also helps us keep up-to date with what's going on at each location as well. The ticketing feature lets me make sure everyone knows how their tickets have been resolved. There isn't anything really bad about this software but if there was something specific i would probably say it! We use this software to keep records regarding employees performance reviews as well as other things related to running a business. It allows us to easily see all of the information we need while keeping everything organized.
