The team really understands our business. They are always available for us to get questions answered about what we're thinking or just give input from their experience in other companies they've worked at. It's hard to find consultants who have all your business needs covered without having too much "baggage". I would say there aren't any dislikes unless you need something specific addressed as far as project management/consulting workflows go. We use them primarily for B2B implementation projects like SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce CRM, PeopleSoft HRMS, etc but also do some custom reporting services - which isn't part of this contract so not sure if this info helps others. Their expertise has saved time by getting things done quickly once set up properly rather than doing it ourselves! We worked closely together to solve our business problems using cutting edge technologies like AI/ML in order for us as customers not only get better products but also faster delivery time than before! I have no complaints about this product at all so far!! Highly recommended if you are looking forward solving your Business Problems by leveraging Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning Technology.
