Bought for dad. He probably spent 4 hours removing the old mirror lol he said it broke into a million tiny pieces. Has been running for 2 years now with no problems and works great. He was very upset at how long it took to disassemble the old mirror but when I asked him if he would do the same thing again for a very reasonable price or if he would replace the entire assembly he said, he would take the cheaper route and use the same mirror again. . I think a lot of people have had success just putting a new mirror on top of an old one, but that's not my dad.
