Review on BISSELL 3079 Cordless Featherweight Vacuum Cleaner by William Stewart

I am EXTREMELY NOT satisfied with this product and want to return it! For the $130 I spent I expected MUCH better results. I've had my vacuum for a few weeks now and I'm getting more and more frustrated with each use! You won't see this information when ordering, but you will need to charge your vacuum for 4 HOURS EVERY TIME to get a full charge! However, once the battery is "fully" charged, you'll have ONLY 20 MINUTES (not even) of use before it's completely empty again (if you don't believe me, just wait for yours to arrive and then read the instructions )! So that means every "20 minutes" of work you have to wait and charge the battery for another 4 HOURS before you can use it again! So my FULLY CHARGED BRAND NEW cordless vacuum gradually reduced the amount of "full battery life”! I timed it myself and when I first used it I only had 18 minutes of work/use before it completely shut off again and needed a recharge. Now I've only used mine a couple of times, the usage life has decreased every time since the last time I used it. As of today, I'm lucky if I get 13 minutes of work before it dies, but I still have to charge it for a full 4 HOURS before I can continue using it! I hope and pray that I get my money back when I return.
