Review on Ninja K32502 Foodi NeverDull German Stainless Steel Chef Knife & Sharpener Set, Premium Black by Tim Roby

I am specifically writing this review for the three knife set.I have a mixed set of kitchen knives that I use, some being stainless steel and some being ceramic. I will confess that my preference is with the ceramic knives as they tend to be sharper, though they are more brittle and I have had a couple of them break on me. I still use the steel knives frequently though. I selected this set of knives based solely on the Ninja name - I have multiple Ninja appliances and I have had consistently good performance from them so I assumed these would be solid knives. That proved to be very correct.There are three knives in this set: a chef's knife, a utility knife, and a paring knife. All three are full-tang with comfortable handles that are attached well (no gaps). The feel weighted properly and are comfortable to handle. With these I have had a little less hand fatigue than with many of the other knives I have used.Right out of the packages, these are wicked sharp! Using the chef's knife in particular I have had no trouble making thin slices on tomatoes (which is easier most of the time with my ceramic knives than with my older steel chef's knife). The utility knife does a fantastic job on bell peppers and at slicing sausages/meats. The paring knife is great for smaller jobs.Are these up to the same quality as Wusthof knives? No, probably not, but the lower price tag more than makes up for the difference. These are better knives that the price suggests and I would call these solid midrange knives. With proper care these should last a lifetime.I am very happy with these knives. They seem to be made very well, they're affordable, and they are very sharp. This set has the main three that you'll need in a kitchen, and because of the packaging they'd make a great gift set.
