Unusable and sticky
The brush arrived and when I took it out of the box the cord to hang the brush had snapped. The 2019 charm looks big and cheap compared to others I've worn. It also has an odd stain. The one I received with the hat and dress was the best quality but I had to order a white tassel to match the colors I need to wear to prom. The quality cannot be compared. The black tassel which I did not get from this company is fuller and looks professional.
