Very customisable, easy to set up and integrate
I like that this software can be easily set up, integrated with other systems (CourtConnect), has multiple modules available in different languages so you don't have to use one language only; also very customizable! It's not perfect but we're using it as an add-on service rather than replacing our current system - if there were more options/features then maybe they could do better at making sure everything works together seamlessly? We are solving issues related to data entry into various databases by creating templates from information provided via email or faxed documents.
Pros
- The availability for both iOS & Android devices is great although sometimes when uploading files too large such uploads fail requiring manual intervention every time which isn’t ideal considering how often these need updating..but overall easy enough once understood what needs doing.it doesn't take long until things become second nature :) Also having all functions accessible directly through mobile phone app makes life easier especially while out
