I ordered this RSVP potato maker because I saw it in a test kitchen in America. I used it for the first time last night with potatoes that I cooked sliced with skin. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that the skins clog the holes when hunting potatoes. So don't do it! It's quite large and the problem is that when you fill it with potatoes you don't have to squeeze it with both hands to push the potatoes through the holes, which I found awkward. Once you get the handles close enough together, you can squeeze them with both hands, but you'd better use some force. Overall this was my first potato maker so I can't really compare it but it feels solid and is easy to clean. I disagree that it's easy due to my problem with potato skins. Also changing the type of holes in the plate wasn't as they described in the instructions. You really just post it
