Review on 🌀 Lasko 20″ High Velocity QuickMount: Versatile Floor-to-Wall Silver Fan 2265QM for Maximum Airflow by Andrea Church

(As all reviews are collated this applies to Lasko 2265QM 20" Heavy Duty High Speed Floor/Wall Fan Silver) Best fan I have used was the LASKO High fan Velocity Blower (tower type). Several other tower fans, box fans and fans with metal blades have also been used. Tower style fans tend to have decent performance, but only when you're standing directly in front of it (and then the range is quite limited). Fans with metal blades tend to be more efficient, but most are smaller (8-12"). The 20" Lasko metal fan delivers tremendous power. enough to fill the entire living room area. Designed for large spaces, it lets you feel the air from anywhere in the room. It has 3 speed settings (adjustable with a remote control built into the side of the fan). It would be nice if it had a remote control (especially if you plan to wall mount it), but the built-in controls are easy to use. The stand is my biggest complaint. it makes it difficult to sit anywhere other than the floor or a large (very large!) flat surface like a table. While most fans can sit on small surfaces like a chair or stepladder to add height, this tends to fall off unless the entire surface is on a stand. Another issue is the shorter cord length, especially for the wall. - mountable fan, you will need an extension cord unless you want to keep it very close to an outlet. The fan makes a lot of noise. but given the result, that's to be expected. I've found that even the lowest setting expels a lot of air (slightly more than any smaller fan at a high setting), meaning it's also making a lot of noise. So you must have a small fan if it's for personal use as you probably won't need extreme power all the time. The fan is adjustable (tilt up and down) but I've found that it tends to return to its original position. It could probably be tightened a little more, but out of the box it doesn't hold the position very well. After all. if you just need very high airflow, this is for you!
