When we hung our Christmas decorations this year, we found that it was blocking the 'eye' on the soundbar under the TV. $7 later and problem solved! Very easy to install and requires no programming. This device simply picks up an RF signal (a beam from your remote control) with a plastic eye and then reflects it through another that you place next to the device you want to control. It is powered by a USB socket that I plugged into the TV. No programming, no setup, just place two eyes and you're done. Highly recommended.
