The system allows you to have access from multiple devices; great software at good price with good support! I think it could be nice if it allowed you to go right into data without having to go home and login. You may find less time between tasks in this system. We use Optima mostly for billing, but is not only effective for that purpose. It has been able to solve administrative issues which would sometimes bring us problems such as keeping track of payments made and bills sent. I like that it allows me to see all my patients at once in one place! It is easy to use as well!! The only thing i dislike about this program are how often they change their layout or add new features without warning us first. Make sure its something that works best for your business needs before purchasing because sometimes things don't always go smoothly when using them. We have been able to keep up with everything we need through these programs.
