Pale wood. on untreated wood

I used them for coasters. It's a thin, light wood. They must be treated with water-repellent impregnation, otherwise they will deform when wet. And like coasters, they get wet. I glue the felt to the floor. It would be great to make little signs. They also make great Christmas decorations. You can easily drill a hole for a hook to decorate or stick a ribbon as a hook. The surfaces are smooth and ready for painting or staining. The edges are darker brown than the top and bottom. There are so many of them that the uses are endless. Great craft projects!
