This is a comfortable exercise bike seat for me. very uncomfortable. When I got the bike I didn't like riding a bike because the seat alone made me overwhelmed and unmotivated which of course led me to search for the perfect seat. I spent so many hours looking for the right seat that for a couple of weeks I felt like goldilocks under the bike seats. They were either too narrow, not soft enough, or overly padded. Since this is an exercise bike I was nervous trying to find a seat that was right for it and that I liked. Of course when this seed arrived in the mail I ran downstairs to put it on, to my surprise the seat was easier to put on than the old one took off. I was able to adjust everything and spent days on my bike with no bruises and no pain in the saddle, at least my calves and legs are a different story but of course that's normal when we're training and trying to get in shape. I would say this is the most comfortable and best of anything I have come across.
