Bad customer support. But asking doesn't help. In addition, the remote control eats up too much battery. NO Good
I like Informir 3uzz24w much better than b. I have xfinity 600speed. Buzz TV freezes even with Ethernet, definitely it has more options like recording, adding an SD card or another hard drive. support is not helpful. Not consumer oriented. I will definitely recommend Mag instead which I have been using for 3 years. Unfortunately, I like the look and some things, but so far they have not solved my problem.
