Robust design. I chose StrongTek because (unlike others) it was strong enough to stand on. I got it as a large platform with a rocking footrest for long hours at the desk. When it arrived I tried to stand on it to test its strength. It still hasn't gotten under my desk, it's excellent at stretching the muscles in my legs and ankles when I stand on it and rock back. It's more effective than all the different calf and ankle stretches I've done. It keeps me from pain in my legs. There is a StrongTek video on how to use this footrest for stretching, it's true! I plan to order another to use as a footstool and keep one for easy stretching at all times.
