Very sharp and very ergonomic.

When I took this blade out of the box I was immediately happy with my choice. The knife is comfortable to hold and the weight is just right. I got some veggies to try and was even happier. This is a very sharp knife so be very careful with the blade. The vegetables didn't stand a chance. Carrots, celery and vegetables were cut into strips in no time at all. It has become one of my favorite kitchen items and I may look into other items from this company.
