Not compatible with Fox 36 forks Spring on the outside does not seat properly and can easily be damaged. I had to cut one of the old dust boots to make an adapter (cut the rubber on the inside from the bottom and remove the spring from the top). You also have to pay attention to the right depth. I was able to tap gently on the first try, but next time I'll spend the extra money on a genuine Fox instrument. I've heard that you can cut a piece of PVC pipe and that works fine too. Overall, this tool wasn't worth the discounted price due to the aggravation.
