My wife needed it to get up and go to bed. It took her quite a while to get used to the shaky grip and it still scares her at times to remind herself that it's always like this. The assembly was pretty average for anyone who has assembled before. Some parts don't slide easily into each other, but with a little effort they will fit. Bolts are easy to understand by placing short bolts in places where longer bolts are not required. I'm surprised the top of the handle is so wobbly. This tends to startle the user, and it's perfectly understandable why. I could drill another hole above the handle screw and attach it with self tapping screws if it continues to bother you. I would have to use my drill press to get it right, but I don't use my shop anymore and most people don't have a drill press. Too bad the company didn't do this before selling the product.
