This pizza board is made of durable bamboo and looks great. After I've cooked my pizza in the oven, if I try to slice the pizza in the same pan, it gets baked in the sauce that oozes out of the bottom of the pan. It's just not fun or easy to cut on an oven tray. So I wave my stick over this pizza board, which is just the right shape, slice the pizza and serve it right on the bamboo pizza wheel.
