Not dishwasher safe
I bought 2 of these whisks for my kitchen faucet and both have lost the stainless steel coating on the shaft after being washed in the dishwasher. What's left is a dull steel rod with a black substance that soaks into the food you're churning. In my case it was mashed potatoes. Only recommend this product if you are willing to hand wash.
