Review on 🐠 Kamoer ATO One SE: Smart Silent Water Replenisher for Fish Tank Aquarium with Submersible Pump and Sensor by Theresa Thomas

I never write reviews but so far I have been so pleased with this ATO that I just had to share it. This kamoer ATO is functionally similar to some of the established German branded ATOs at half the price, with a slight benefit that I think makes this unit worth considering. The float switch and optical sensors have their own mounts. This gives me the flexibility to place the emergency float at a height that may be more useful, e.g. B. just above sump level when return pump is off to keep it active and useful for people who don't have tank controls to automatically disable ATO. I prefer not to turn off the alarm and set one to alert me of a real emergency. The device is not so convenient to open, but I will update it if I find useful settings in it, for example, if there is a pump time limit. I installed a shaft to run a 12v peristaltic pump feeding a float valve in the sump. The device can be used with most small 12V electronic devices. Limit the duration of the pump to a few minutes, giving peace of mind to anyone wanting to use this device with a 12v solenoid or other large water tank. Time will tell how reliable it is.
