Risk of damage outside the packaging.

This is a cheap fake, the part I ordered had the internal fan rotor come loose during shipping, rattling inside the case. I can only imagine how cheap this fan must be when its frame is still bolted to the power case. Thank goodness I didn't plug it in because the loose part could cause an internal short circuit and possibly a fire or even death. These non-UL listed power supplies should not be sold as they can be fatal. I'm an EE so I know how this works and how dangerous it can be for you and your property. Do not buy.
