I like that it's easy to use, has great customer service when we have questions or issues with our RFI/RFQs - they are really quick in responding! We recently had an issue where some of my RFIs were not being shared properly (some weren't even showing up at all for other users). After several emails back & forth between myself as well as their support team member who was assisting me through this process; nothing ever got fixed about how these files would show up again after having been deleted from one user but still remaining within another person’s account access list / file library folder structure until someone else removed them themselves? That part stinks because now those people don‘t know what happened so no resolution can be found without us going into each others accounts which isn‚Äôt ideal since there may very likely already be sensitive data involved here if you.
