I like that it's easy to create RFPs, manage them and track responses. It also has an excellent reporting feature which allows you to see what stage each project is in as well as who responded so far. I like how easy it was to set up, even with my limited tech knowledge! It has made submitting RFI's much easier than filling out paper submissions or using excel spreadsheets; plus we can easily keep track of responses from vendors in one place instead of having them all scattered throughout our office space (like at work). I like that it's easy to use, has great customer service when we have questions or issues with our RFI/RFQs - they are really quick in responding! We recently had an issue where some of my RFIs were not being shared properly (some weren't even showing up at all for other users). After several emails back & forth between myself as well as their support team member who was assisting me through this process; nothing ever got fixed about how these files would show up again after having been deleted
