Terrible quality, I can only assume the 5 star reviewers either never used decent alligator clips or were pushed to give a good review. The problem lies in the connection between such thin brackets and such rubber shells. smooth and poor quality that the clip just unwinds from your pinch to open the clip. I tried very hard to find a way to detach the shell with one hand, but I had to either hold it or remove the sheath from the clip, attach the clip and replace the sheath as a jacket, making the jacket's purpose moot to protect you from accidental shock or damage to other devices/cables nearby. If you absolutely need clamps at the lowest price, great, otherwise you can probably find better quality locally at a warehouse or port.
